Text versus video

Text on the web continues to lose ground to video content. Making and delivering videos to consumers is no longer a difficult task. We can state with certainty that the traditional television age is coming to an end.

From a commercial perspective, it's advantageous because videos have a noticeably larger audience and make it much simpler to communicate with consumers.

It's not good from an educational standpoint. The worst way to learn is through video since reading engages our imagination while watching tends to only engage our visual side of the brain. But who cares; people don't mind paying for video since they think it makes them smarter. It makes sense to develop a great video-based business.
