Power of addiction

Sometimes people have such a strong addiction to a habit that nothing in the world can make them break it. The worst aspect is that it is typically addiction to some bad habit.
It's an odd aspect of human nature that it can be difficult to develop new, healthy habits while simultaneously being challenging to break bad ones.
Perhaps the best course of action is to attempt to create new habits while also completely erasing bad ones from your life at the same time. I'm not sure if it will work without the proper mindset because it will immediately need a significant amount of internal power.
But it is definitely worth a try.
