When creating something new, particularly something that has never existed before, it is almost difficult to succeed on the first try. Errors, failures, and other problems are unavoidable.

Trials and errors the one route that exists. Launch, identify any problems, correct them, then launch again. There is no other method to get a new system to function properly.
