Daily habit
Last week was particularly difficult because we are preparing to launch a complex project that we have been working on for some time.
In spite of this, I persisted in attempting to stick to my personal writing daily goal. It has been stated numerous times that developing a habit takes approximately 30 days without exception. It definitely worked in my case. There were some internal concerns and doubts at first, but I was able to work through them. Keeping a writing schedule has never been an issue, even after a full day of hard work. Even if all I want to do is go asleep but nothing has been written yet, I simply open a notepad and the fatigue vanishes instantly.
So, I can confirm plainly that developing a daily habit in thirty days is pretty simple; simply begin and continue.
